What is the Northbridge Internship Program all about?

The Internship Program is designed to help adults develop spiritually, personally, and professionally while discovering how to use their gifts to honor God and serve people wherever they go. We are currently seeking interns who are excited about developing under some of our key leaders in ministry and working in a team environments that encourages their growth and the organization to grow.

We believe you bring a unique blend of gifts, skills, and experiences that allow you to reach people with the Good News about Jesus. That’s why, when you pursue an internship at Northbridge, you’re not going to get the one-size-fits-all experience. In our Internship Program, you’ll get intentional 1-on-1 coaching from our leaders, gain valuable ministry experience, and do work that builds the Kingdom.

• Adult Internships are can take place during the summer (common for college students), or ideally are 1-2 years in length. The internships typically report to the Northbridge Church Central Offices in Vestal, NY.

• Internships are typically full time (40+) hours a week.

• Interns will develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through hands on development projects, staff training events, and other ministry opportunities.

Interns can learn and can be introduced to a wide range of ministry environments, including:

• Audio Engineering.

• Broadcast & Tech AVL.

• Content Development.

• Data Analysis & Visualization.

• Filmmaking & Production.

• Financial Operations.

• Graphic Design.

• IT (Hardware, Infrastructure, Server).

• Social Media & Communication.

• Online Ministry Leadership.

• Project Management.

• Community Outreach.

• Devotional Writing.

• Teaching & Preaching

• Pastor Leadership

• And more!
