Advance Conference
Join us on Sunday, August 24th at 4:00pm for a church gathering designed to equip and inspire leaders, volunteers, and teams across each area of ministry. We will be hosting this conference at the Northbridge Vestal Campus.
Whether you're looking to grow in your personal skills, enhance your team’s effectiveness, or deepen your impact in our communities, this event is your opportunity to advance your calling and renew your purpose. It is our desire through this conference to equip our teams forward and propel them to making an eternal impact.

We want as many people to attend the conference as possible. We are providing all sessions and dinner free of charge to everyone.

YES! Our desire is that every person that calls Northbridge Church their home would feel welcomed and join us for this special gathering. We will have a time of worship, food and a special message. Not to mention practical and helpful breakout sessions in the following ministry areas:
Worship - Creative approaches to impactful worship experiences.
Production - Creating spaces and setting the table for excellence on Sunday.
Children’s Ministries - Creating environments that connect truth and life.
Student Ministries - Engaging the next generation with purpose and passion.
Guest Services - Creating memorable experiences for first timers and attendees.
Small Groups - Fostering meaningful connections and discipleship.
Even if you are not currently serving in one of these areas, we would love for us to join us and get a look at how we can continue to reach our communities for Jesus!

Yes! So that as many people can participate, we will be providing childcare for Nursery up through 5th grade. While you are in the conference, your child will be cared for.

The conference begins at 4:00pm and will conclude at 7:15pm. We can’t wait to see you there!

You can attend if you have not registered, but we are trying to get an idea of how many to prepare for with breakouts, food and childcare. If you could register for the conference, that would really help us out. Besides, it is super easy… or as Pastor Andrew says, “easy peasy lemon-squeezy!”
